Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) |
We share information about ACC payments you might be getting. This is so we can check you meet the criteria for any benefits or payments you're getting from us. |

Centrelink (Australia) |
If you have a debt with us, we share information so we can make sure you're making repayments, even if you go to Australia. |

Department of Corrections |
We share information so we can help people who have been recently released from prison to find a job. |

Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) |
We share information about births, deaths, marriages, identity and name change. This is so we can check if your benefit or allowance records are still active. > |

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities (formerly Housing New Zealand) |
We share information so we can find and contact people who had to leave Housing NZ homes because of meth testing, and may be eligible to have related MSD debts written off or refunded. We'll only use this information for this one-off reason until March 2021. |

Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) |
We share information so we can analyse rents using the MBIE Bond dataset. This helps us understand how rents have had an impact on the Accommodation Supplement in the past. |

Ministry of Defence |
We share information about the outcomes of the Limited Services Volunteer (LSV) programme. This is a programme run by the Ministry of Defence. The data's gathered from Statistics New Zealand's Integrated Data Infrastructure. |

Ministry of Housing and Urban Development |

We share information to check if you have a warrant out for your arrest. This is so we can encourage you to attend your court hearing. |

Netherlands (SVB) |
If you get pensions from New Zealand and the Netherlands, we share information to check you're getting paid the right amount. |

New Zealand Customs Service |
If you're getting a benefit or NZ Super, we share information about when you leave and arrive in New Zealand. This is so we can make sure you don't get a debt if you're overseas for longer than what you should be. If you're getting an overseas pension, we share information about residency. This is so we can check you're getting paid the right amount. |

New Zealand Police |
We share information so the Police can track down anyone who has an outstanding warrant. The Police also need to know if they may be a risk to the public. |

Statistics New Zealand |
We regularly share information with Stats NZ for the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI). Stats NZ removes information, such as name and date of birth, before they add it to the IDI, so it doesn't identify you. Then they link to this data so researchers can use it. |

Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) |
If you're a first time student, we share information to make sure that course fee payments are correct. These are course fee payments made to Training Education Organisations through the Student Loan Scheme. |
